We are here to help! Our dedicated support team is here to guide you every step of the way along your unique journey. The OnePath® team will provide you with personalized services that may include the following:

  • Complete program enrolment
  • Provide product education and training
  • Connect with your healthcare team
  • Navigate insurance coverage and access reimbursement
  • Schedule treatment appointments
  • Coordinate delivery of medication and supplies, where applicable
  • Provide follow up and ongoing support

Once enrolled, OnePath® will support you on your personalized treatment journey by:

  • Educating you about your treatment
  • Accessing your medication
  • Providing you with ongoing support

Your personalized OnePath® Care Manager will:

  • Assist you in understanding your insurance coverage
  • Work with you and your physician to confirm your treatment start date
  • Coordinate the delivery of your medication and any additional supplies, as applicable

The enrolment form will be completed by your physician and sent to OnePath®. You can choose your preferred method of contact and your physician can specify any other needs on your enrolment form.
